During the past couple of years my business focus has evolved into helping companies understand the marketing impact of physiological ageing on the customer experience of their customers.

I have written a book on the subject: Marketing to the ageing consumer and created a software and an iPad app that enables companies audit their age-friendliness. This was done in conjunction with Kim Walker, an expert on marketing to older consumers in Asia Pacific.

Whilst I remain very interested in the way older people use new technology there have not been enough hours in the day to update a specialist blog on the subject. So with regret, this is my last posting on the Apps for Baby Boomers blog. 

Hopefully I have been able to provide some useful advice for marketers trying to improve their older customer's digital experience with the use of apps.

It has been great fun writing the blog
